HOW TO USE
- To use as a daily conditioner, apply a silver dollar amount of Whipped Curls to wet hair; leave on hair for 3-5 minutes, then rinse out thoroughly
- To use as a styling primer, apply to damp hair, comb through and then layer with your favorite Ouidad styler
