All orders will be processed Monday thru Friday excluding national holidays and shipped within 72 hours(for example, if you place an order on Saturday, your order will not start processing until Monday). Orders will ship via USPS first class mail, USPS Parcel Select(Economy Shipping) with signature confirmation or FEDEX standard ground. Currently texturebe only ships to the lower 48 states and military addresses.
Orders that qualify for free shipping with ship USPS Parcel Select(Economy shipping within 4 to 10 business days).
Returns:
We honor a 10 day return/exchange policy from date of purchase. All return/exchange products MUST be in its ORIGINAL condition including complete packaging, attached original tags, nets, wrappers, etc. All returns will be credited to your account as store credit. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage is the buyers responsibility.
All refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and thoroughly inspecting the item or items.
